Spa Bath Before & After
Create an illuminated mirror surround:
How do you keep the light streaming in the bathroom when the only place you can put the vanity is right in front of the window? Turn the window into an illuminated mirror surround with acid etched glass. Make the overall look cohesive with graphic and bold accents:
- Smooth flat river stone tiles from Saltillo keep feet happy as you bathe and luxuriate.

I'm always looking for new and fun ways to experiment with tile and try new things. So how about adding a mountain zig to your zag? Hadn't done THAT before, so the kid-friendly spa bath at Haus Heidi got a little bit playful thanks to a fun install of gloss white tip cut chevron tile accentuated with a single line of grey. Double shower heads mean that it's an easy place to rinse off after a dip in the just-outside-the-door hot tub, and those pebbly mosaic floors mean it'll stay slip free (and it feels fab on bare feet for an indoors feel that brings in the outdoor elements).
