Returns & Exchanges: 

SPRITZ COLLECTION

We gladly accept returns on Spritz Collection items, including napkins, dresses, blouses, tunics, robes and pillows; however, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

No need to contact us first — simply include your original packing slip (or a note with your order number) in the return package. As return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, we recommend using a trackable service so you can monitor your return’s progress.

Once we receive your item and confirm it is in unused, original condition, we’ll process your return and issue a refund to your original payment method, minus the original shipping cost. If your item arrived damaged or defective, you’ll receive a full refund, including the original shipping fee. You’ll receive an automatic confirmation email as soon as your return is processed.

Please allow 1–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

We do not accept returns on wallpaper or fabric orders. In the rare event that your wallpaper or fabric arrives damaged or flawed, please contact us by email: customercare@sarahrichardsondesign.com and we will gladly provide a replacement at no charge.
