Duties, Taxes & Returns for U.S. Orders:
As of August 29, 2025, U.S. Customs requires duties on all orders shipped from Canada to the U.S. Please note that these duties are determined by U.S. Customs and are entirely outside of our control. To make the process as smooth as possible, we’ve updated our shop so that duties are collected upfront at checkout. This means you won’t encounter surprise fees or delivery delays—everything is handled in advance. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and continued support!
Due to the new U.S. Customs policy requiring duties on all imported orders, returns from the U.S. are not accepted; therefore, all U.S. orders are FINAL SALE. Please keep this new U.S. policy in mind when placing your order.

WE SHIP GLOBALLY
We now ship Spritz internationally! In addition to Canada and the United States, international orders are fulfilled via the best available carrier and their global partners for final delivery, ensuring your order reaches you safely and efficiently.

Wallpaper and fabric orders ship from separate warehouses to residents within Canada and the USA only, and may take up to 7 business days to ship. We’re sorry—international shipping for wallpaper and fabric are not available at this time.
LOST OR UNDELIVERED PARCELS:
We are not liable for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages—but we’ll gladly work with the carrier on your behalf to help resolve the issue wherever possible.
