We offer flat shipping rates at checkout, based on the best real-time rates available to us through our trusted carriers—ensuring your package arrives safely and affordably.
IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR U.S. CUSTOMERS
Duties, Taxes & Returns for U.S. Orders:
We love our U.S. neighbours and are so grateful for your support! Due to recent changes in U.S. customs rules, all Spritz Collection orders shipping from Canada to the U.S. are now subject to import duties and taxes, no matter the order value. These duties and taxes are collected directly by the carrier and are the responsibility of the customer.
For apparel and home goods, duties and taxes typically range from 15–35% of the order value, though exact amounts vary depending on the product category and your state’s tax laws. Some carriers may also add their own brokerage or handling fees, which are included in the amount due at delivery. These additional charges can make the total higher than expected. While we wish it were different, we’re unable to cover or reimburse these charges.
Because of these regulations, returns from the U.S. cannot be accepted. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

Spritz Collection items including dresses, blouses, tunics, robes, napkins and pillows, ship within 5 business days of purchase.
We now ship Spritz internationally! In addition to Canada and the United States, international orders are fulfilled via Canada Post and handed off to their global carrier partners for final delivery.
WALLPAPER and FABRIC

Wallpaper and fabric orders ship from separate warehouses to residents within Canada and the USA only, and may take up to 7 business days to ship. We’re sorry—international shipping for wallpaper and fabric are not available at this time.
LOST OR UNDELIVERED PARCELS:
We are not liable for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages—but we’ll gladly work with the carrier on your behalf to help resolve the issue wherever possible. Please contact us (customercare@sarahrichardsondesign.com) — we’ll do our best to assist and open an investigation with the carrier if needed.
